Anything Could Happen.

I'm not in Texas anymore, but boy do I already miss Sound Exchange, so this video is more for my benefit than for anyone else. Covering The Clean is always appreciated, though.

Space City.

I'm in Houston right now, getting giddy about the chance to eat quality Vietnamese food & visit my beloved Sound Exchange, so I decided that my blog contribution today is going to give some love to my fellow Houstonians.

The Best Depeche Mode Video You'll Ever See.

Just a reminder that you should all be heading New Hampshire-ward this Friday to catch that behemoth of a Parts & Labor/Indian Jewelry double bill. Every so often, I have to defend my hometown from people who consider it to be a complete cultural wasteland, as if having Rushmore filmed there & giving birth to the purple drank aren't enough to put a place on the map. So to anyone who cares to talk shit on Houston, here's a strobed-the-fuck-out video of Indian Jewelry performing as Depeche Mode at the Hootenanny a few months ago (which has nothing to do with the Replacements & everything to do with Houston bands masquerading as other, more well-known bands for the evening). Shut your face.
